I spent the better part of tonight on a mission to find a french press, and I don't even drink coffee. The search went: HEB -> Wal-Mart -> Target -> HEB. The result is I now have a french press full of an Ethiopian coffee cold brewing in preparation for bottling.
I've currently got a cream stout in the secondary fermenter and it's begging to be bottled in the next couple days. The idea is to divide this batch into several variations:
- 2 gallons of cream stout
- 1 gallon of coffee cream stout
- 1 gallon of chocolate cream stout
- 1 gallon of mocha stout
In other news, the Aquatic Pumpkin Ale will be ready to drink by the end of the week.
